Ingredients

  1. Chicken - 400 gms
  2. Tomato paste - 200 gms (approx - 6 tomatoes)
  3. Butter - 2 tbsp
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  5. Green chillies - 5
  6. Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  7. Salt
  8. Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
  9. Honey / Sugar / Fresh cream
  10. Fenugreek a pinch

Marination 1

  1. Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  2. Lime - 1 tbsp
  3. Salt

Marination 2

  1. Yogurt - 1/2 cup
  2. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  3. Chilli - 1 tbsp
  4. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt

Preparation

  1. Marinate the chicken with the first set of ingredients for 1/2 an hour. Keep it refrigerated.
  2. Take out and marinate it with the second mixture and keep it refrigerated for 4 hours.
  3. Take out and shallow fry the chicken.
  4. Make gravy out of the ingredients 2 to 7.
  5. Add fenugreek powder to the gravy.
  6. Add sugar / honey / fresh cream.
  7. Add butter.
  8. Add garam masala.
  9. Add the chicken pieces and cook well.
