Ingredients

  1. Carrot (cut into small pieces) - 1/2 kg
  2. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  3. Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  4. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  5. Green chilly - 1
  6. Salt
  7. Oil - 1 tbsp
  8. Water - 3/4 glass

Preparation

  1. Take water in the frying pan, put the carrot and masala powders in it
  2. Cook till the carrot becomes soft and the water is dried
  3. Add oil and fry for 2 minutes
