Ingredients

Marination

  1. Chicken, cleaned and cut into small cubes (boneless) - 300 gm
  2. Yogurt - 1/4 cup
  3. Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  9. Corn flour (corn starch) - 2 tsp
  10. 2-3 cups of oil, for frying
  11. Salt

Preparation

  1. Mix the yogurt with all the spices and mix well.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. Deep fry the chicken pieces in a wide pan keeping the flame in medium.
