Ingredients:

Marination

  1. Small onion - 6
  2. Garlic - 4
  3. Ginger - 3 inch slice
  4. Green chilli - 3
  5. Cardamom -3
  6. Clove - 2
  7. Cinnamon - 2 inch slice
  8. Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  10. Cumin powder - 2 tsp
  11. Coriander powder - 2 tsp
  12. Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  13. Salt

Others

  1. Chicken - 8- 10 chicken legs
  2. Oil

Preparation

  1. In a blender, add all the above mentioned ingredients to make a make a marinade with just enough water to make a smooth and thick sauce.
  2. Using a sharp knife, put a couple of gashes over each chicken piece.
  3. Spread the marinade over the chicken pieces evenly.
  4. Marinate overnight and fry.
