Ingredients

  1. Chicken - 500 gms
  2. Onion - 2
  3. Green chillies - 2
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  5. Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
  6. Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric - 1 pinch
  8. Pepper powder - 1.5 tsp
  9. Coconut grated - 1 cup
  10. Cashew - 2 tbsp
  11. Yogurt - 1 cup
  12. Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
  13. Honey / Sugar / Fresh cream
  14. Salt
  15. Oil

Preparation

  1. Wash and cut the chicken into small pieces and marinate with salt and turmeric.
  2. Grind the coconut and cashew to form a fine paste ( Soak the cashew for half an hour to finely grind it).
  3. Saute the onion and green chillies.
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste, garam masala and cumin powder.
  5. Add the coconut and cashew paste.
  6. Add yogurt.
  7. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder and pepper powder
  8. Add a bit of fresh cream to make it tasty
