Ingredients:

  1. Beef - 500 gms
  2. Corn flour - 1 1/2 tbsp
  3. Pepper - 1 tsp
  4. Egg - 1
  5. Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  6. Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
  7. Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
  8. Salt
  9. Ginger - garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
  10. Green chilli – 2, chopped
  11. Onion – 2 medium, cubed
  12. Salt – to taste
  13. Oil

Preparation

  1. Mix together soy sauce, pepper, egg and corn flour to make a good coating
  2. Marinate the beef with above mixture for about 10 minutes
  3. Deep fry the beef in hot oil and keep aside
  4. Saute the onions and chillies until the onion turns golden brown
  5. Add the ginger garlic paste and the sauces
  6. Add the beef pieces to the gravy and mix well
