Ingredients:

Marination

  1. Boneless chicken - 400 gms
  2. Corn flour - 1 1/2 tbsp
  3. Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  4. Egg - 1
  5. Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  6. Salt

Others

  1. Onion - 2 medium
  2. Chilly - 2
  3. Garlic - 8-10
  4. Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  5. Chilli sauce - 2 tbsp
  6. Oil- 1 tbsp
  7. Vinegar - 1 tsp
  8. Salt
  9. Corn starch - 1 tbsp

Preparation

  1. Wash and clean the chicken
  2. Marinate the chicken for 1 hour
  3. Fry the chicken pieces
  4. Saute the onions and chillies until the onion turns golden brown
  5. Add the garlic, chilli sauce and soy sauce
  6. Add the chicken pieces to the gravy and mix well
