Ingredients

  1. Onion - 1 medium
  2. Tomato - 2
  3. Green Chilly - 2
  4. Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  7. Water - 3/4 glass
  8. Coconut milk - 1 glass
  9. Corn flour - 2 tsp
  10. Salt

Preparation

  1. Add corn flour to coconut milk and mix well
  2. Saute the onions and chillies
  3. Add tomato and cook until it turns soft
  4. Add the masala powders and cook for 2 minutes
  5. Add the coconut milk and water and cook well
