Ingredients:

  1. Button mushroom - 500 gms
  2. Onion - 2 big
  3. Tomato - 1 big
  4. Chilly - 2
  5. Ginger - garlic paste - 1tbsp
  6. Salt
  7. Corn flour - 1/4 cup
  8. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  9. Pepper - 1 1/2 tsp
  10. Coriander powder - 2 tsp
  11. Chilli - 2 tsp
  12. Garam masala - 3/4 tsp

Preparation

  1. Deep fry the mushroom after dipping it a mix of cornflour, turmeric and pepper and keep aside
  2. Saute the onions and chillies until the onion turns golden brown
  3. Add the tomato and all the masala powders and cook well
  4. Mix the mushrooms well with the masala and put it in low flame for a few minutes
