Ingredients:

Marination

  1. Boneless chicken - 400 gms
  2. Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  3. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  4. Salt

Masala

  1. Onion - 1 large
  2. Ginger - garlic paste - 1 tsp
  3. Green chilli - 2
  4. Whole Black pepper - 1 1/4 tsp
  5. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  6. Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  8. Chicken masala - 1/2 tsp
  9. Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
  10. Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  11. Oil- 1 tbsp
  12. Salt

Preparation

  1. Wash and clean the chicken
  2. Marinate the chicken for 1 hour with the above ingredients. Mean while crush the whole black pepper.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and saute the onion until it turns golden brown.
  4. Add the ginger - garlic paste, chilli and then add all the other masala powders.
  5. Add the chilli sauce and soy sauce
  6. Add the chicken pieces to the gravy and mix well (Add 1/2 cup water and let it simmer in low flame)
