Ingredients

  1. Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
  2. Sugar - 2 tbsp
  3. Cider vinegar - 1 tbsp
  4. Ketchup - 1 tbsp
  5. Ginger - 1/2 tsp
  6. Minced garlic - 1 tsp
  7. Cornstarch -1 tsp
  8. Boneless chicken - 300 gm
  9. Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
  10. Package frozen stir fry vegetables - 1 lb
  11. 1 Can pineapple chunks, reserve 1/4 cup juice

Preparation

  1. Mix first 7 ingredients with reserved 1/4 cup pineapple juice in small bowl.
  2. In large skillet, stir-fry chicken in hot oil 5 minutes.
  3. Add vegetables, stir-fry 4 more minutes.
  4. Stir in pineapple and sauce.
