Ingredients

For grinding

  1. Small onion - 1
  2. Garlic powder - 1 tsp
  3. Fenugreek - a pinch
  4. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  5. Chilli powder - 3/4 tsp
  6. Pepper - a pinch
  7. Coriander powder - 2 tsp
  8. Water


Other

  1. Tamarind water made of a small piece of tamarind
  2. Tomato - 2 small
  3. Water
  4. Oil
  5. Salt

Preparation

  1. Grind the first set of ingredients well
  2. Take oil in a frying pan and cook the tomatoes well
  3. Add water and tamarind water to this
  4. Add the ground paste and cook well
